Commercial Georgia Story.
KW Commercial Georgia was launched in the midst of the great real estate recession of 2009. However, we have continued to grow and assist clients in fulfilling their goals of buying, developing, leasing, and selling commercial real estate throughout Georgia and the Southeast United States.
Joe Williams of Keller Williams Realty started the original commercial arm of KW Commercial in the mid 1980’s. However, the relaunch of the new commercial division KW has been in the works since the inception of KWRI. We are a company with a belief system that guides everything we do, this means our Mission, Vision, and Values are central to our work, our company, and everything that we do.
KW Commercial Georgia is one of the largest and most successful states in the KW Commercial network. This means you can be confident in the experience and expertise of our award-winning team.

KW Technology & Innovation.
We are a technology company, cleverly disguised as a commercial real estate, coaching, and advisory firm.
KW Commercial and KWRI built the real estate industry’s first end-to-end platform to serve our customers, clients, and associates from the beginning of the relationship to post-closing and beyond!
We believe technology should simplify everyday life, making room for what truly matters and giving you the freedom to be more human, more present – more everything. We use our technology to strengthen the bonds between people, data, systems, and communication, giving all of our team and their clients market insights beyond comparison.
Commercial Real Estate is about relationships, and that is what our technology prioritizes – people and the relationships that connect us all.
