Position Overview:

We are seeking driven and visionary individuals to join one of our expansion teams as an Expansion Team Leader. As Expansion Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and driving growth by leading a team of real estate agents in new geographic markets. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead business development, build a high-performing team, and contribute to our company's success on a regional level.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion Strategy:

  • Collaborate with company leadership to identify and evaluate new geographic markets for expansion.
  • Develop comprehensive market entry strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.

Team Building and Leadership:

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard a team of real estate agents for the new expansion market.
  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.

Business Development:

  • Lead business development efforts to establish a strong foothold in the expansion market.
  • Cultivate relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and influencers to drive growth and referrals.

Sales and Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Set and monitor performance targets, ensuring the team achieves sales and growth objectives.

Training and Development:

  • Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of the expansion team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Client Experience Excellence:

  • Collaborate with agents to ensure exceptional client experiences, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service.

Performance Analytics:

Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain regular communication with company leadership, providing updates on expansion progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on expansion team performance and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

Real Estate License: 

A valid real estate license in the State of Georgia or willingness to obtain one.

Experience: 

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential real estate, with a track record of success in sales, team leadership, or business development.

Leadership Skills: 

Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams, coupled with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of real estate market dynamics, business strategies, and growth opportunities.
